Support & Advocacy Services

At Kairos Family Support, we keep things simple, respectful, and centred around you. Our approach is based on trust, confidentiality, and providing the right support at the right time — without judgement, pressure, or unnecessary systems.

Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

1. Referral or Contact
We receive referrals from professionals, community services, or individuals themselves. Whether someone reaches out for support or is referred by someone else, we treat every enquiry with care and discretion.

2. First Contact
Once a referral is received, a member of our team will be in touch to introduce ourselves, explain what we offer, and talk through your needs. This first conversation is relaxed and informal — it’s a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for our service, and decide if it’s right for you.

3. Arranging Support
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll arrange sessions at a time and pace that works for you.

We offer both in-person and online support, depending on your location and preferences. Sessions can take place in a comfortable, confidential space or via a secure online platform.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. We do not share any information about your involvement with us with anyone else, without your written consent, unless there is an immediate risk to life or serious harm.

Our work with you does not go on your medical or official records, and you don’t need a diagnosis or formal assessment to access support.

5. Ongoing Support
Our sessions are shaped around your needs and goals. Whether it’s emotional support, practical guidance, or space to reflect and reset, we’re here to walk alongside you, not rush you or push you into something that doesn’t fit.

We’re here when you’re ready, and we work at your pace. I

If you have any questions before getting started, just get in touch — no pressure, no obligation.
