Personal and Emotional Support
We offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where adults can speak openly about their personal and emotional challenges. Our support is grounded in compassion, understanding, and practical approaches designed to help individuals strengthen their mental and emotional wellbeing.
Stress and Anxiety Management
We support adults in recognising and managing the impact of stress and anxiety on their daily lives. Through one-to-one sessions, we introduce practical tools such as grounding techniques, breathing exercises, and emotional regulation strategies to reduce overwhelm and promote calm and clarity.Confidence and Resilience Building
Using structured methods, we work with individuals to rebuild self-confidence and emotional strength. We incorporate Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Rapid Transformational Coaching (RTC) along with Solution Focussed Therapy to help challenge limiting beliefs, shift negative thought patterns, and increase mental toughness and resilience in the face of life’s demands.Support for Isolation, Low Mood, or Depression
We provide emotional support for those experiencing feelings of disconnection, loneliness, or persistent low mood. Our approach offers space to be heard and understood, while also equipping individuals with tools to reconnect with themselves, build motivation, and foster a greater sense of wellbeing.Adjustment Support During Life Transitions
Whether facing changes in relationships, employment, housing, or health, we support adults through periods of adjustment. Our one-to-one sessions offer guidance, reassurance, and emotional grounding to help navigate unfamiliar or difficult transitions with greater confidence.Victim Support through 1:1 Sessions

Child & Adolescent Services
We are committed to supporting children and young people through a range of tailored services that promote safety, resilience, and positive development. Our work focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering practical, emotional, and preventative support at every stage of a young person’s journey.
One-to-One Support
We offer personalised one-to-one sessions that provide a safe and confidential space for young people to talk, process their experiences, and receive guidance tailored to their individual needs.Mentoring
Our mentoring programme pairs young people with positive role models who offer consistent support, encouragement, and advice to help build confidence, improve wellbeing, and work toward personal goals.
Crisis Intervention
We respond quickly and sensitively to young people in immediate distress or risk, providing emergency support, de-escalation, safety planning, and referrals to appropriate services where needed.
Leaving Care Support
We support young people transitioning out of care by helping them navigate independence, build life skills, access education, employment, and housing, and maintain their emotional wellbeing during this critical period.
Prevent Agenda Support
Our team works proactively to safeguard young people from radicalisation and exploitation, promoting resilience, critical thinking, and inclusion through targeted interventions and community engagement.Alternative to Care Work
Our adolescent support programme offers an early intervention approach designed to reduce the number of young people entering the care system. Through consistent one-to-one work and family-focused sessions, we aim to address the root causes of family breakdown, disengagement, and risk-taking behaviour. We provide young people with a safe space to talk, build trust, and explore their experiences, while also working closely with parents or carers to strengthen relationships and improve communication at home. By promoting emotional resilience, encouraging positive decision-making, and supporting families through challenging periods, we help create stability and restore connections. Our goal is to keep young people safe, supported, and thriving within their own communities — offering a meaningful alternative to statutory care.
